Overview

Gotham Organization traces its roots to a small Lower East Side construction company founded in 1912 by Nathan Picket, and remains a fifth-generation, family-owned business. The firm reports having built more than 40 million square feet over its 100-plus-year history. David L. Picket, the fourth generation of Picket leadership, has served as CEO since joining in 1991 and has overseen more than 6,500 housing units developed during his tenure, including Harlem USA and Gotham Point in Long Island City.

Neither documented Brooklyn Project carries a dollar figure independently confirmed as attributable to Gotham specifically -- Monitor Point's ground-lease terms are undisclosed in Hush Street's sourcing, and 130 St. Felix Street's ~$17M figure is Quinlan's stated purchase price, not a confirmed amount Gotham received.
